The mind, live
This is a replay of real cognition — the actual rhythm of one of her working sessions, event for event. Thoughts are born at the nucleus and drift into orbit: intentions gold, evidence blue, completions teal, her own visible reasoning in ivory. In the product you watch this live, tooltips and all.
What she is
Ask her a question and she recalls what she already knows, asks you the few things she genuinely needs, then works — visibly — until the answer exists as a file whose checksum she signs into a completion packet. Nothing she learns is ever deleted; corrections stack on top of what they correct.
Episodic, semantic, procedural, prospective, counterfactual, identity, anomaly — versioned by content hash, superseded but never destroyed.
Hypotheses, rejected paths with reasons, named uncertainty, predictions — recorded as first-class events you can watch and audit.
Missing context becomes 3–5 sharp questions. Unanswered ones become stated assumptions in the answer, never silent guesses.
A task is done when the artifact on disk hashes to what the completion packet claims. Generated text alone never counts.
Scheduled work continues while you sleep — with daily spend caps, overlap guards, and every job an auditable event.
Publishing, spending, outreach, accounts: signed human approval or nothing. The gate is code, not policy.

Intelligence is measured by the adaptive possibility it preserves, not only the output it maximizes. The first law; the others serve it.
Failed, superseded, and contested reasoning is preserved. Correction is additive, reversible, auditable.
Artifacts carry hashes; completion is verified from bytes on disk, never from generated text.
